February 2004 -- The ABA Journal reports that the American Psychological Association has awarded Rogers Joseph O'Donnell and 14 other companies the APA's first "Psychologically Healthy Workplace" award. Rogers Joseph O'Donnell was the only law firm to receive this award, which recognizes companies that demonstrate innovative programs and policies designed to foster a healthy work atmosphere.
