Our Environmental Practice Group is seeking an associate. The position requires a strong working knowledge of state and federal environmental statutes and regulations, including CERCLA, RCRA, and Prop 65. Litigation and administrative law experience is required.
Our Retail Industry Trade Regulation Practice Group is seeking an associate. The position requires good complex commercial litigation experience and experience working with state statutes and regulations, such as CLRA, Prop 65, CARB, UCL, Weights & Measures, Consumer Class Action, Retail Hazardous Waste, Licensing and Supply Chain laws.
