Professional Qualifications
Mr. Chen’s practice focuses on government contracts litigation. He also has experience counseling corporations on venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and securities filings.
During law school, Mr. Chen served as a staff editor of the Review of Law and Social Change. He has also been involved in the Asian-American community, having founded an Asian affinity group at a prior law firm and served previously as the social chair of the NYU Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association.
