Areas of Practice

Mr. Chou is a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Law, Complex Commercial Litigation and Retail Industry Trade Regulation Practice Groups.

Professional Qualifications

Mr. Chou concentrates on resolving employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour matters. He also has experience with advising clients regarding employment issues that may arise within their corporate structure.  

Mr. Chou also has experience with a wide array of other litigation issues that arise in the commercial context. He has a comprehensive background in all aspects of the civil litigation process including class actions, arbitrations, and mediations. His experience encompasses disputes in a variety of industries, including intellectual property, manufacturing, and real estate, among others.

Mr. Chou was a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the Northern District of California. His duties consisted of analyzing various complex constitutional and federal issues and drafting Decision & Order Memoranda on motions and writs pending before the court.
