Mr. Deitz is a member of the firm's Government Contracts Practice Group.

Professional Qualifications

Mr. Deitz has broad litigation experience in state and federal courts, including commercial litigation, securities litigation, internal investigations, regulatory investigations, housing, and immigration. Mr. Deitz has experience working with a variety of clients, including large technology companies, energy producers, investment funds, and a small biotech startup, as well as non-profit organizations and individuals, across all phases of litigation.

Mr. Deitz graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law. At Hastings, he served on the Moot Court Board for two years and competed and coached in five competitions. He continues to serve as an alumni coach for the Hastings Moot Court competition program.
