Ms. Kramer is a member of the firm's Government Contracts and Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Professional Qualifications
Ms. Kramer's practice focuses on government contracts and commercial litigation. Ms. Kramer has experience with bid protests and contract disputes at the federal, state and local level. Ms. Kramer also advises clients on a variety of procurement issues including prevailing wage requirements, contingent fee arrangements and lobbying regulations.
Ms. Kramer also has experience counseling individuals and corporations in a wide array of commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, fraud and fiduciary obligations, and indemnification obligations. She also has represented companies, directors and officers in federal and state securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and regulatory investigations.
Before joining Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, Ms. Kramer was a Deputy Public Defender in Merced County. She represented hundreds of indigent clients charged with misdemeanors and took nearly a dozen cases to jury verdict. She also drafted and argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of California.
