Ms. Morris is a member of the firm's Retail Industry
Trade Regulation, Environmental Law and Employment Law Practice Groups.
Professional Qualifications
Ms. Morris practices in the area of trade regulation and environmental law. She represents and advises clients
on compliance with various federal and state statutes,
regulations and municipal ordinances affecting
clients’ operations in California and nationwide.
Ms. Morris regularly advises retail clients on
issues concerning the purchase, sale, transportation,
delivery and advertising of highly regulated products
such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
Her practice also focuses on handling corporate
matters for clients, including preparing
and negotiating merchandise and service agreements
and resolution of disputes.
Ms Morris litigates cases involving false advertising,
unfair competition,
unfair business practices, antitrust, California’s Proposition 65 and state environmental laws, and represents clients in negotiations with regulating agencies involving compliance with state laws.
Ms. Morris also is a litigator specializing in
employment law. Her experience includes handling
individual and class action cases alleging disability,
gender and race discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.
Ms. Morris is a member of the Bar Association
of San Francisco’s Labor and Employment
Law Section and Litigation Section.
