Mr. Radford is a member of the firm’s Environmental Law, Professional Liability, Retail Trade and Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Professional Qualifications
Mr. Radford’s litigation practice focuses on a broad range of complex disputes, with an emphasis on advising clients on issues arising under federal and state environmental laws. Mr. Radford also has considerable experience in defending attorneys against claims of alleged misconduct and counseling retailers on compliance with various statutes and regulations.
Following law school, Mr. Radford served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he gained valuable experience in fields such as pharmaceutical liability, employment discrimination, land use and insurance defense.
Mr. Radford spent his final semester of law school working full-time at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC. As a legal intern with the Division of Enforcement, Mr. Radford participated in the civil prosecution of many complicated securities and corporate fraud cases.
