Mr. Shipp is a member of the firm's Environmental Law Practice Group.
Professional Qualifications
Mr. Shipp currently practices environmental litigation. He represents both entities and individuals in litigation arising under federal and state environmental laws.
Mr. Shipp is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, which is frequently ranked as having the nation's top environmental law program by U.S. News and World Report. At Lewis & Clark he served as an Associate Editor of the Lewis & Clark Animal Law Review, and interned with the legal department of the Port of Portland and the Pacific Environmental Advocacy Center (PEAC) in Portland.
He is a member of the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of California.
