Gregory Rosen Featured in National Media, Including NPR, CNN, The Guardian, Law360
Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Gregory P. Rosen, who previously served with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in D.C. and led the Jan. 6 prosecution, was recently featured by multiple national media outlets, offering his perspective on topics involving criminal law and government prosecutions.
This included an appearance on CNN’s Laura Coates Live to discuss the legal issues around the U.S. arrest and extradition of Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro. Mr. Rosen was also interviewed by NPR and The Guardian regarding the fifth anniversary of Jan. 6, and published an op-ed on the subject with the Justice Connection Substack.
In addition, Law360 quoted Mr. Rosen in a recent article on how waning trust in the Department of Justice may slow court cases if judges are less willing to grant government lawyers the presumption of regularity.
A member of RJO’s White-Collar Criminal Defense and Government Contracts Practice Groups, Rosen represents clients in criminal and regulatory matters involving the False Claims Act, particularly in the field of government contracts, procurement and federal fund recipient fraud. He also handles high-stakes financial and regulatory investigations, among other matters.
