Professional Qualifications

Ms. Miner represents business and corporate clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, business torts, and intellectual property infringement. She litigates cases in state and federal courts, and is experienced in all aspects of the litigation process, including dispositive motion practice, fact and expert discovery, trials, settlement, negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Ms. Miner regularly advises clients on how to establish, maintain, and protect their brands, including prosecuting trademark and copyright applications and enforcing intellectual property rights.

Before joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Ms. Miner was an associate at a prominent litigation firm in San Francisco, where she successfully represented clients in various industries including wireless communications e-commerce, consumer goods and retail.

Ms. Miner is an active member of several community organizations, including California Lawyers for the Arts, where she represents individuals on a pro bono basis. Ms. Miner was selected for inclusion as a Northern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
