Aaron Silberman to Present California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section Webinar

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. shareholder Aaron P. Silberman will present a webinar hosted by the California Lawyers Association (CLA) Real Property Law Section on Sept. 30, 2025.

His program, “Breaking Up Is Hard to Do: Termination of California Construction Contracts,” will cover major issues related to terminating California construction prime and subcontracts — for cause or convenience — including considerations in contract drafting, decisions made during performance, and claims or challenges that may arise after termination.

Silberman is co-chair of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group and a member of the Government Contracts Practice Group. He represents construction contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, managers and design professionals on public and commercial projects. He is a founding member of the CLA Section’s Construction Law Practice Area Committee.
