Cotton and associate Suhani Kamdar attended The American Conference Institute (ACI)’s 2nd Annual Summit on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) Regulation, Compliance and Litigation from May 29-30 in New York City.

Cotton’s practice focuses on a wide array of civil litigation matters, including consumer products litigation and class actions. She also handles environmental matters involving CERCLA, CEQA, Hazardous Waste, Proposition 65, unfair competition and false and misleading advertising law.
Kamdar advises clients on compliance with state and federal laws that impact their business operations, with an emphasis on counseling retail companies regarding Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations pertaining to the sale, distribution, marketing, labeling, and transportation of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and dietary supplements.
