CNN Interviews Greg Rosen for Segment on Judicial Nominees

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Gregory P. Rosen appeared on CNN on Nov. 11 to discuss the judicial nomination process. 

During an interview on “Laura Coates Live,” Rosen argued that it’s important for future judges to be able to separate any political leanings from their judicial philosophy and abilities. 

“Politics is politics and crime is crime,” Rosen said. “But you would want your judges to be able to distinguish between the two. And I think that what you’re seeing right now is a stunning indictment of not only the current political environment, the executive branch, but also Congress.”

Rosen was also featured in a New York Times article on Nov. 16 that provided perspective on the first 10 months of the second Trump administration from 60 attorneys who have left the Justice Department over the past year.

Rosen is a former senior federal prosecutor and supervised more than 1,000 prosecutions connected with the Jan. 6 riots.
