Greg Rosen Discusses James Comey and Letitia James Dismissals on CNN

During an interview on “Laura Coates Live,” Rosen discussed how the statute of limitations may impact Comey’s case and whether various events throughout the case may extend the time in which charges could be brought against him. He also addressed whether the dismissals could influence future rulings involving cases brought by interim U.S. attorneys.
A member of RJO’s White-Collar Criminal Defense and Government Contracts Practice Groups, Rosen represents clients in criminal and regulatory matters involving the False Claims Act, particularly in the field of government contracts, procurement and federal fund recipient fraud.
