Greg Rosen Discusses John Bolton Indictment on NBC News

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Gregory P. Rosen was interviewed by NBC News on Oct. 16 to discuss the charges against former national security advisor John Bolton. 

Rosen, a former senior federal prosecutor, leveraged his knowledge of law enforcement and government prosecution strategies to convey his perspective on the Bolton indictment and possible defense approaches. 

“The reality is that this is going to be a highly technical and highly complex trial,” Rosen said to NBC News. “If I were Bolton’s team, I’m going to be diving deep into those classified issues, whether they were classified, and importantly, whether or not the FBI had reason to believe that material existed, for example, during the pre-publication review process when he was going through his book signing and book writing process.”
