Jon-Erik Magnus to Cover Vapor Intrusion at BASF Environmental Law Panel
Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Jon-Erik W. Magnus will moderate a panel on vapor intrusion (VI) issues for redevelopment projects for a Bar Association of San Francisco Environmental Law Section event on Nov. 6.
The panel will highlight common redevelopment project VI challenges and identify tools for developers to overcome them. Speakers will also provide insights on current efforts to reform VI policy and options for providing feedback to regulators and policymakers.
Other topics to be discussed include:
- Identifying and understanding VI issues that arise during redevelopment projects
- Identifying possible strategies and tools to address VI challenges
- Understanding the status of regulatory efforts to reform VI policies
- How to get involved and make your voice heard in connection with VI issues
- Anticipating emerging issues in Brownfield redevelopment
The event offers 1.5 MCLE credits. It will be held in person starting at 11:30 a.m. at the Bar Association of San Francisco offices located at 50 Fremont Street, Suite 1700. Pre-registration is required through the Bar’s website.
