Richard Harris to Speak at ABA Forum on Construction Law’s Regional Program ‘2023 Construction Law Foundations’

RJO associate Richard M. Harris will serve as a featured panelist at the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law’s Regional Program “2023 Construction Law Foundations,” November 2-3 in San Francisco.

Richard will present “Plenary 6: Dispute Resolution, Remedies for Nonpayment, and Statutes Impacting Construction” on Nov. 2. He will speak on the different forms of dispute resolution, provide an overview of parties’ legal remedies when not paid and discuss a series of statutes that relate to construction projects and contracting.

Richard is looking forward to sharing his dispute resolution tips at one of the ABA’s premier regional conferences for construction attorneys. Be sure to catch his panel on November 2!
