Stephen Bacon to Moderate Panel on Wage and Labor Requirement Claims at American Bar Association Meeting

Shareholder Stephen Bacon will moderate a panel addressing wage and labor requirement claims at the American Bar Association Contract Claims and Dispute Resolution Committee (CCDRC) Meeting on December 6 in Washington, D.C.

The panel, “Claims Arising from Wage and Labor Requirements,” will explore the challenges that Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act requirements could present for contractors and government agencies addressing Contract Disputes Act claims. Bacon and the event’s panelists will also discuss the compliance, enforcement, and equitable price adjustment issues associated with these requirements.
