Aaron Silberman to Present at Meeting of ABA Government Construction Group

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. shareholder Aaron P. Silberman will present at a meeting of the Government Construction Division (Division 13) of the ABA Forum on Construction Law on October 14.

His presentation, “You Don’t Have to Go Home, But You Can’t Stay Here: Terminations of Contracts and Grants on Federal Construction Projects Under Trump 2.0,” will examine how recent federal executive orders, regulations, legislation and litigation are affecting terminations for convenience and default in government contracts and grants. Silberman will provide insights into the evolving landscape and practical implications for contractors navigating these changes.

Silberman is co-chair of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group and a member of the Government Contracts Practice Group. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals in a wide range of industries. He’s a former Chair of the Forum’s Subcontractor & Supplier Division and member of its Governing Committee.
