Aaron Silberman to Speak at ABA Forum on Construction Law’s Regional Program ‘2023 Construction Law Foundations’

RJO’s Construction Law Practice Group co-chair Aaron Silberman will be a featured panelist at the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law’s Regional Program “2023 Construction Law Foundations,” November 2-3 in San Francisco.

Aaron will co-present the opening session on Nov. 2, “Plenary 1: The Players in Construction, Anatomy of a Construction Project, Project Delivery Systems,” with Andy Argyris of Clark Construction Group. In the session, Aaron and Andy will address the roles, legal responsibilities and contractual relationships for construction project parties.
