Alecia Cotton Elevated to Shareholder

RJO is pleased to announce its newest shareholder, Alecia E. Cotton. Ms. Cotton is a member of RJO’s Retail Industry Trade Regulation, Environmental Law, Complex Commercial Litigation and Cybersecurity and Privacy practice groups in our San Francisco office. She will continue to focus her practice on the retail industry, representing national retailers, manufacturers and suppliers as well as the firm’s environmental clients, in regulatory compliance and consumer litigation ranging from CLRA, UCL, and FAL claims to Proposition 65 and CEQA actions. She joined the firm in 2015 as an associate from McKenna, Long and Aldridge, and was elected shareholder effective January 1, 2021.  Ms. Cotton is a 2007 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
