Merri Baldwin to present “Critical Ethical Issues for the IP Lawyer” on October 23, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Practising Law Institute’s Program “Intellectual Property Law Institute 2018.”
Along with co-presenter Alison Buchanan, Ms. Baldwin to discuss conflicts and disqualification, ethical issues before the USPTO and current malpractice issues. The program to run two days starting on October 22, 2018, and was at the Practising Law Institute’s office at 685 Market Street, First Floor in San Francisco.
