Greg Rosen Discusses Don Lemon Indictment on CNN

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Gregory P. Rosen appeared on CNN Jan. 30 to discuss the arrest and indictment of former CNN anchor Don Lemon. Lemon faces federal civil rights charges for his coverage of a protest at a Minnesota church in January.

During an interview on “Laura Coates Live,” Rosen discussed potential obstacles for the prosecution, including whether Lemon had the requisite intent and engaged in threatening conduct. Rosen also highlighted the pitfalls of charging journalists and how that may play with the criminal prosecution.
