Greg Rosen to Present ACC CLE on Applying Lessons from Largest DOJ Prosecution in History to Complex Litigation
Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Gregory P. Rosen will be a featured speaker at a virtual CLE hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) San Francisco Bay Area on October 29, 2025.
The program, “Prosecutors Who Led the Investigation into January 6: Lessons for Large-Scale Litigation,” will offer an inside look at the largest investigation in Department of Justice history. Rosen, who served as Chief of the DOJ Capitol Siege Section, will join Alexis Loeb, partner at Farella Braun + Martel LLP and former Deputy Chief of the Section, to discuss how lessons from managing this unprecedented prosecution can inform complex litigation of all types.
The discussion will explore topics such as team organization, e-discovery, case management and settlement strategy in large-scale matters.
