Gregory Rosen Reflects on Career in U.S. Attorney’s Office for Lawfare Podcast

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Gregory P. Rosen recently joined the Lawfare Podcast to discuss his previous career with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. This included supervising all prosecutions connected with the January 6, 2021, breach and attack of the U.S. Capitol, one of the most complex criminal investigations in Department of Justice history.

In the wide-ranging interview, Rosen reflects on the unprecedented scale of the prosecutions, including the handling of vast video evidence, legal challenges surrounding obstruction statutes and the coordination of more than 1,000 cases across all 50 states. 

Rosen, who joined RJO earlier this month, now advises companies and individuals facing government scrutiny, bringing his deep trial experience and investigative insight to the firm’s White-Collar Defense and Government Contracts Practice Groups.
