Jon-Erik Magnus to Moderate BASF Roundtable on Extended Producer Responsibility

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Jon-Erik W. Magnus will moderate a Feb. 11  Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) Environmental Law Section roundtable on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) packaging laws. 

Magnus will join Alison Torbitt, partner at Nixon Peabody LLP and Chris Rendall-Jackson, special counsel at Farella Braun + Martel. The group will discuss current issues associated with EPR laws for single-use and plastic packaging. 

Magnus is secretary for the BASF’s Environmental Section’s Executive Committee and chairperson of the BASF’s Diversity and Pipeline Committee. He represents a wide variety of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small family businesses, in environmental law and retail trade matters. Magnus handles all aspects of this work throughout California and Washington state, including litigation, agency negotiations and administrative proceedings.
