Joseph McGowan to Attend UCON Public Works Summit

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, P.C. shareholder Joseph C. McGowan, who co-chairs the firm’s Construction Practice Group, will attend the fifth annual United Contractors (UCON) Public Works Summit on May 28 in Anaheim, California. 

The UCON Public Works Summit is California’s premier public works construction event, bringing together union contractors, public agency representatives, in-house counsel and law firm attorneys for programming focused on crucial topics for infrastructure leaders. This year’s event will feature sessions on California’s water future, infrastructure and transportation funding, the Caltrans Mentor Protégé Program, small business participation, proactive safety systems, Southern California agency programs and Building Information Modeling for Infrastructure (BIM4I).
