Neil H. O’Donnell Moderates Panel at Conference on 40th Anniversary of the Contract Disputes Act

RJO Shareholder, Neil H. O’Donnell, moderated a panel at the 2018 Board of Contract Appeals Bar Association / George Washington University Law School Annual Conference on June 7, 2018 in Washington, DC.  The Conference this year will commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Contract Disputes Act.  Mr. O’Donnell’s panel will focus on lingering policy issues under the Act.  The wide-ranging discussion will include questions concerning the Board’s jurisdiction, the role it can and should play in fraud matters, and the ramifications of its status as an alternative forum to the Court of Federal Claims.  Further information concerning the Conference, including registration, is available here.
