Aaron Silberman to Present on Federal Construction Procurement and Funding at PLI Program
Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC Construction Practice Group co-chair and Government Contracts Practice Group member Aaron P. Silberman will present on the impacts of federal policy changes on federal construction contracts and grants at a Practising Law Institute half-day program on June 23 at 1:30 p.m. EDT.
The presentation, “May You Contract in Interesting Times: Contracting for Federal Construction Under Trump 2.0,” will discuss key changes in federal social, trade, environmental and immigration policies and their impact on federal construction contracts and grants. Silberman will be joined by Lawrence M. Prosen of Cozen O’Connor. Silberman and Prosen will analyze the impacts of executive orders, agency actions and related court decisions on federal construction contractors and grantees.

Silberman focuses his practice on government contracts and construction law, including litigation, representing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals in the construction, defense, transportation, technology, healthcare, disaster relief, telecom and service industries. Practicing since 1992, he is a former chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Public Contract Law Section and a former Governing Committee member of the ABA Forum on Construction Law, and has chaired several of their committees and divisions. He is also a former chair of the Associated General Contractors of California (AGCC) Legal Advisory Committee and the Bay Bridge District Board of Directors.
