RJO Welcomes Cassidy Kim

RJO is pleased to announce that Cassidy Kim has joined our Construction and Government Contracts Groups.

Ms. Kim has litigated class action lawsuits focusing on California consumer protection laws and federal securities laws. She has researched and developed substantive law, policy, and technology insights on emerging consumer privacy issues.

Ms. Kim received her B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and was granted her J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was awarded the CALI & Witkin Awards for Legal Writing & Research. While in law school, she served as a student attorney for the Liberty Security & Technology Clinic and participated in the Startup Legal Garage where she assisted early-stage founders and companies. Ms. Kim also served as a fellow for the Privacy & Technology Project, Institute for Innovation Law and completed an externship with the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General where she worked on statewide privacy and technology matters.
