On Tuesday, April 23, 2019, Robert S. Metzger will speak on “Next Steps: Assessing the Latest DOD Initiatives and Their Implications for Supply Chain Risk Management, Controlled Unclassified Information, and Beyond” in Washington, DC. Companies under FOCI need to stay alert on many fronts. With DSS being the primary agency in charge of overseeing FOCI mitigation, DOE and DHS also have their respective requirements.
