September 19, 2022: Renee Wasserman Chaired Prop. 65 Conference

Renee D. Wasserman, was the Chair of this year’s Prop. 65 Annual Conference on September 19, 2022, at the Julia Morgan Ballroom in San Francisco  and gave the opening remarks on “Where we are Today with Prop 65 and Where we are going Tomorrow.”

With almost 40 years of experience litigating, Renee has represented clients in some of the biggest Prop. 65 cases and defended national and regional companies is a multitude of consumer class action cases in federal and state courts in California, New York and Illinois.

Over 250 businesses, trade associations, attorneys, and regulators attended the one-day gathering this year, which is the traditional meeting place for the public and private enforcers, regulators, science community and both the defense and plaintiff’s bar.
