Jon-Erik Magnus to Present During Earth Day Webinar on Environmental Dispute Resolution

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Jon-Erik W. Magnus will serve as a speaker for a complimentary April 24 webinar titled “Earth Day Master Class: Resolving Dirty Dirt Disputes” hosted by ADR Services, Inc. There is one hour of CLE credit available for the webinar, which will run from 12-1 p.m. PT. 

Magnus will join a panel of environmental lawyers and consultants to discuss best practices in environmental dispute resolution in the context of a hypothetical mixed-use housing project. The master class will cover public participation, communicating environmental risks, assembling teams for regulatory and property development issues and strategies for resolving multi-party environmental litigation with an emphasis on insurance coverage.
