Stephen Bacon and Emily Murphy Recognized in 2025 Benchmark Litigation U.S. 40 & Under List

The prestigious law firm guide Benchmark Litigation has named Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. shareholders Stephen L. Bacon and Emily A. Murphy to its 2025 U.S. 40 & Under List. The 10th edition of the list highlights some of the country’s most accomplished litigators under 40 based on their work over the past year. This is the second consecutive year both Bacon and Murphy have been named to a Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under List.
