Professional Qualifications
Ms. Murphy has extensive experience representing individual and business clients from varied industries in litigation matters. She represents employers in wage and hour and discrimination lawsuits. She has participated in all phases of litigation from inception to trial including law and motion work, discovery and trial preparation. She is also well-versed in alternative dispute resolution and previously served as the third chair in multiple construction-defect arbitrations.
Ms. Murphy graduated Order of the Coif and with Great Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as the Chief Managing Editor of the University of the Pacific Law Review and also completed an externship with Justice Ronald B. Robie of the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District.
Ms. Murphy is an active member in her community and enjoys serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Me-One Foundation.
