Neil O’Donnell, Speaker at AGC’s 2018 Federal Contractors Conference

RJO Shareholder, Neil O’Donnell spoke at the 2018 Federal Contractors Conference, presented by the Associated General Contractors of America. He participated in the panel on “Tips for Avoiding Litigation on Federal Construction Projects,” and focused on ways to keep the pressure on by maintaining a credible threat of litigation.
