3 RJO Shareholders Named to Lexology’s Who’s Who Legal: Government 2024

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. shareholders Mark J. Linderman, Robert S. Metzger and Neil H. O’Donnell have all been included in the 2024 Who’s Who Legal: Government report. 

Recently acquired by Lexology, Who’s Who Legal recognizes leading lawyers from around the world in a variety of practice areas based on feedback from peers and clients. This year’s exclusive list includes just 580 lawyers from 330 firms across 43 countries. 

Linderman co-chairs the firm’s Government Contracts practice group. He has extensive experience in federal, state and local procurement matters. Linderman represents clients in contract negotiations, preparing and negotiating contract claims, bid protests, contract terminations, civil and criminal fraud investigations, litigation, and arbitration (including international ICC arbitration). His clients range from leading high-tech, energy, health care and defense contractors to multinational engineering and construction firms. 

Metzger is a leading cybersecurity lawyer for government contractors. He has represented corporations such as Microsoft and five of the top 20 aerospace and defense companies in their highest-profile contracts, disputes, compliance audits and bid protests. He is widely associated with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification,” which governs how contractors and subcontractors must secure sensitive defense information.

O’Donnell has more than 50 years of experience advising clients on government contracts matters at the federal, state and local levels. He has litigated cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts, the boards of contract appeals and the Government Accountability Office. O’Donnell has written and lectured on a wide variety of government contract topics and is currently on the Advisory Committee for The Government Contractor.
