Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. Construction practice group co-chair Aaron P. Silberman and of counsel Joshua A. Maltzer are attending the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law 2025 Midwinter Meeting on January 15-17 in Tampa, Florida.

The conference theme is “Maximizing Returns: Proven Strategies for Project Owners and Developers,” and it will focus on critical issues that owners and developers need to consider and include in their execution “playbooks” to set their projects up for success. Sessions will cover perspectives from owners, contractors, design consultants and financing parties on topics as varied as dispute resolution tools and project financing, along with the operations and maintenance phases of projects.

Silberman will participate in leadership meetings and programming for the Government Construction Division (Division 13), the Subcontractors and Suppliers Division (Division 9), the Publications Committee and the Leadership Circle. He is the lead editor and contributing author of the Forum’s upcoming book on False Claims in Construction Contracts (2nd ed.). Silberman is also a former member of the Governing Committee and former chair of Division 9 and the Publications Committee.

Maltzer serves on the steering committee of the Forum’s General Contractor’s Division (Division 5). He is also involved in the Government Construction Division (Division 13) and will participate in planning meetings for future programs and educational content.

Members of the Forum on Construction Law represent all segments of the construction industry: owners, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers and sureties.
