Aaron Silberman to Discuss Impact of Climate Change on Federal Government Contracting at University of Minnesota Event
Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. Construction Practice Group co-chair Aaron P. Silberman will address the impact of climate change on federal government contracting in a session during the University of Minnesota’s 63rd Annual National Seminar on Government Contracts on September 25 at 2:30 p.m. CT.
In his presentation, titled “Adapting Federal Government Contracting to a Changing Climate,” Silberman will discuss how the evolution of climate change is reshaping federal contracting and grants. He will also outline the evolving legal landscape and highlight new regulatory and contractual requirements stemming from climate change legislation, executive orders and agency programs.

Silberman has specialized in construction and public contracts advice and litigation since 1992. His experience includes contracts for federal, state and local public entities and for private and commercial projects. Silberman has represented contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals in the construction, defense, transportation, technology, disaster relief, telecom and service industries.
