Cotton’s practice includes environmental matters such as Proposition 65, CERCLA, CEQA and Hazardous Waste, alongside consumer products litigation and class actions involving claims of Unfair Competition, False Advertising, CLRA violations, and defense of federal and state regulator claims of deceptive pricing practices and expired product claims.

Murphy represents retailers and manufacturers in consumer products litigation and class actions, in addition to employers in labor and employment matters. She successfully defends clients ranging from small businesses to national retailers in all aspects of Proposition 65 litigation.

Kamdar advises clients on compliance with state and federal laws impacting their business operations, with an emphasis on counseling retail clients. She also defends clients against claims under California’s Proposition 65, in all phases of litigation, and frequently prepares legal updates on this area of California law.
