Amy L. Bomse Gives Presentation to the PLI 25th Annual Consumer Finance Institute, Ethical Issues Unique to the Consumer Space

On December 9, 2020, RJO Shareholder Amy Bomse co-presented a webinar sponsored by the Practicing Law Institute as part of its Annual Consumer Finance Institute entitled Ethical Issues Unique to the Consumer Space.  Her lecture focused on ethical issues lawyers owe to courts and the legal system and consequences including discipline and sanctions for violation of rules concerning frivolous legal filings or lack of candor to courts.
