Lisa Himes to Speak at ACI’s 9th National Forum on FOCI

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell Of Counsel Lisa N. Himes will speak at ACI’s 9th National Forum on FOCI, taking place September 29-30 at the Hilton Arlington. 

The conference is a key gathering for security, compliance and legal professionals navigating the FOCI landscape, and takes on added significance this year as attendees address the recently announced proposed DFARS rule implementing FY2020 NDAA Section 847 and FY2021 NDAA Section 819, which would expand FOCI requirements to certain unclassified defense contracts.

On September 30 at 3:15 p.m., Himes will join Dr. Deanna Caputo for a session titled “FAST Study Insights: Accelerating Acquisition Security for Rapid Delivery.” The talk will examine how acquisition security can function as a force multiplier and will offer practical recommendations for practitioners.
