Deborah Norris Rodin is Teaching a day-long course titled “The Framework of Cybersecurity Law” at the 2021 Government Contracts Week

On July 26, Deborah Norris Rodin and Eleanor Ross are teaching a day-long course titled “The Framework of Cybersecurity Law” at the 2021 Government Contracts Week in Hilton Head, SC hosted by Federal Publications Seminars.  The course will cover the current cyber threat environment, including the rise in ransomware attacks like that on Colonial Pipeline, and the statutory and regulatory framework of cybersecurity law.  In this rapidly changing area of law and regulation, key topics will include CMMC and the new cybersecurity self-assessment requirement for defense contractors; the recent cybersecurity executive order issued by the Biden Administration; cloud computing; supply chain security; and privacy laws.
