Dennis Callahan, Speaker on “Procurement Fraud: Renewed Enforcement Focus” at the 4th Annual Qui Tam Conference

Dennis J. Callahan, a shareholder at Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, will speak at the 4th annual Qui Tam Conference in San Francisco, January 22-23, 2018. Mr. Callahan will be joined by co-speaker, Steven J. Saltiel, Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California.

Mr. Callahan and Mr. Saltiel will present “Procurement Fraud, Renewed Enforcement Focus,” on January 23 @ 10:00 a.m. They will discuss the effects of recent changes in federal procurement rules and requirements and in enforcement priorities on contractor compliance and liability and government and whistleblower actions under the federal False Claims Act (FCA).

The Qui Tam conference will feature False Claims Act lawyers from the government, defense bar and relators. Speakers will discuss the latest developments, best practices and pitfalls. Mr. Callahan is a member of the firm’s Government Contracts, Complex Commercial Litigation and Construction Law Practice Groups.
