RJO shareholder Dennis J. Callahan presented at the 2023 Government Contracts Review & Outlook conference from November 14-15 in San Diego.
Callahan and Scott Roybal of Sheppard Mullin delivered “An Update on the Civil False Claims Act, Fraud Focus on Fraud and FCA” on Nov. 15. They spoke about the procurement-focused updates on the False Claims Act (FCA), as well as FCA liability. This is their fifth annual presentation about FCA updates at the conference.
