Jake Lubarsky to Present on Environmental Due Diligence in Property Transactions at Vermont Bar Association Event
Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Jake Lubarsky will present on environmental due diligence in property transactions at a Vermont Bar Association virtual event on May 13 at 10 a.m. EST.
His presentation, “Environmental Due Diligence in Property Transactions: A Guide for Lawyers,” will provide an overview of legal issues related to environmental due diligence in real property transactions and cover key federal and Vermont state laws and regulations. Lubarsky will also share insights into environmental due diligence procedures, identifying potential environmental liabilities, liability-shifting, protection and navigating federal and state-specific permitting and enforcement considerations.
