Josh Maltzer to Present on Tariffs for ABA Forum of Construction Law General Contractor’s Division

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. of counsel Joshua A. Maltzer and Avi Sharma of Delta Consulting Group will present on tariff risk mitigation for the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law General Contractor’s Division on May 20, 2025.

Mr. Maltzer and Mr. Sharma will discuss the impact of recent tariffs on construction projects and how contractors can best manage the associated risks, including cost escalation, supply chain disruption, and project delay. They will also analyze the historical impact of tariffs and their recent impact on construction projects and share recommendations for contract provisions, legal theories for cost recovery and guidance to contractors and project owners on the preparation of tariff-related cost claims.
