Josh Maltzer to Speak on Tariffs at California Construction Law Conference
Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. of counsel Josh Maltzer will present “Tariffs: A Practical Guide to Contractor Risk Mitigation” at the 12th annual California Construction Law Conference at 3 p.m. on April 23.
Maltzer will cover the impact of tariffs on construction projects, including how contractors and owners can prepare for the associated risks. The presentation will include a historical evaluation of tariff impacts, best practices for drafting and negotiating contract provisions, legal theories for cost recovery and guidance on preparing tariff-related cost claims.
