Lauren Kramer Sujeeth and Alexandria Tindall Webb Present on California Consumer Privacy Act at AGC HR Forum

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell shareholder Lauren Kramer Sujeeth and of counsel Alexandria Tindall Webb presented a webinar for the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of California’s recent Human Resources Forum. 

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, limits the information that businesses can collect about California consumers. Throughout the webinar, titled “The California Consumer Privacy Act,” Sujeeth and Kramer discussed properly handling employee personal information under the CCPA. They also explained the CCPA’s compliance requirements and gave guidance focused on the needs of contractors.
