Lucas T. Hanback and Aaron M. Scolari Elevated to Shareholders
The attorneys of Rogers Joseph O’Donnell are pleased to announce that Lucas T. Hanback and Aaron M. Scolari are our newest shareholders.
“Both Lucas and Aaron are outstanding attorneys who embody the core tenets of Rogers Joseph O’Donnell,” said Founding Partner, Neil O’Donnell. “This firm was founded upon the belief that it was possible to deliver the highest quality legal representation in a smaller firm while simultaneously treating every person with decency and respect,” he continued. “Both Lucas and Aaron are exceptional attorneys who embody these core tenets of the firm and deliver on our firm’s promise. They are highly deserving of this recognition.”
Since joining the firm in April 2014, Lucas has established himself as a key member of the Government Contracts, Construction, and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. He has been named a “Rising Star” by Legal 500 among a class of only six attorneys nationwide and has been listed five consecutive years as a SuperLawyers “Rising Star.” Lucas deftly litigates civil matters on behalf of government contractors and offers business and compliance counseling to his clients with the goal of helping them to avoid the need and expense of litigation.
Aaron joined the firm in July 2014 and focuses his practice on Labor & Employment and Complex Commercial Litigation. As an active member of these respective practice groups, clients look to him for counsel on a wide variety of matters. With an extraordinary depth-of-knowledge, Aaron has particular experience litigating claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.
We congratulate both of these remarkable attorneys on their work to date and look forward to their growth in the years to come.
